... but we did. I never want to see us get that many turnovers in a game, especially at home, again these playoffs. No way we win with that many turnovers ever again.

We lucked out with Bron going out and the A/C probably played a role in that. Take nothing for granted this series.

Things look pretty good for us going forward tbh.

Danny green hits shots, it changes the offense for the spurs. He came alive just in time.

Gotta be demoralizing for the Heat. They were about to take control.

Yeah, I'll take the win, but it wasn't satisfying.

Hopefully the Spurs play much better in Game 2. Thankfully, they played their worst game today and still won.

Plus he helped shut down Ray.

    Just 3 more wins.
I don't want to think about it, but how can you not?

I'm not sure what to make of that game, but I'll take it. the sheer amount of turnovers, sloppiness, AC, Lebron etc....

Lebron will inject various roids into his body and try to make a statement, but also can't imagine Spurs being that sloppy out there.

I'm still in shock tbh, it doesn't seem like we deserved the win. Demoralizing is the right word, that was the game for the Heat to steal. Not like they can't come back and steal game 2, but man, that game was ripe for the taking for them because of our sloppy play.

The Heat ed up by forcing what, 9 or 10 turnovers in the 3rd and still being up a handful of points. They should have buried the Spurs in the 3rd.

yeah, that 3rd quarter was an abomination of basketball. We lucked out a W with 23 turnovers, but I don't care as long as we get 3 more Ws

The Heat were pretty bad handling the ball tonight as well.

Do you think the Heat deserved to Win with their stellar play?

yea I have a new found respect for their defense. It has been awhile sense I have seen them defend like that. We have to be focused to move the ball on them. It also hurt we didn't get much TP penetration in the lane.

I think if LeBron was able to stay in, the Spurs win around 106-102. The Spurs shot 14-16 in the 4th ffs.

Agreed. We need to play better or the Heat are going on a 4 game run to threepeat.

They did not stop a huge number of easy shots by Duncan. The perimeter D is awesome, but they gave it up in the paint. That's a big problem with their style.

I'm sure Pop will hammer home the turnovers. Probably has game 6 footage playing on loop in the locker room TVs.

A win is a win and I'll take it. We can only hope the Spurs understand how fortunate they were and come back more focused in game 2.

But that's how teams win championships, winning games they had no business winning. Did the Heat have any business winning 6 ?

The Spurs pulled through like the true contender they are, that's not a coincidence. If Green and Leonard can start hitting their shots like they did in the final moments, watch out.

Also, did anyone else spazz out after that Green dunk?

I was watching the game at a restaurant bar in Los Angeles, and while everybody is cheering for the Spurs, I was still hesitant to cheer every time Spurs made a good play. There were a lot of plays where Ray Allen had some WIDE OPEN looks but just missed them. That won't happen for the whole series

Felt like game 1 of the Mavs series. Now how will this team respond, realize they got lucky and work harder for game 2? Or feel like they can't lose and come out flat and sloppy for game 2?
