Plausible, perhaps, if she had actually upgraded. As it stands, Duncan had lost his wife to an inferior man and sexuality is a strong suspect cause if you consider the whole male secretary situation. Didn't Duncan buy him a house?

Artificial insemination would not be out of the question, it wouldn't be the first gay man to hide his sexuality by being with another woman. I'm sure he filed for divorce because she slipped up and Duncan was scared of possible rumors. Who really knows exactly why he filed for divorce, but I believe a man never pictured kissing his wife is suspect on that ground alone.
Duncan just too classic to post any pics of him kissing a woman, Katie, Duncan wants to be a role model for them kids you know. Many s join the NBA to earn big $ before even graduating from high school (like Kobe) but Duncan didn't do so until he finished college.
I don't see that as a good explanation, Duncan has been photographed in a more intimate moment with a man than his wife.
