Manu is averaging three steals a game this playoffs, more than anyone in the NBA... including Leonard. I think he knows what he's doing.
He has active hands, if he does not steal the ball at least you make your opponent work harder, that is good defense. If Wade does not get a fine, then NBA is rigged for sure.
