No doubt there are those little taco trucks all thru Texas well we have them here in Cali also. Like my son Mason says......an authentic Mexican making an authenic taco, it gets no better. Today we pulled up (painted a few rooms for a brother in law in Visalia) to have some lunch on our way back home. As we stood there getting ready to order we could hear....

No, I thought they didn't know what a breakfast taco using flour tortillas was, they call them breakfast burritos in California, but they are tacos and always have been tacos.

I agree and it was the first time I'd heard anything but Mexican music at Tony's. I'd never seen his helper before I;m guessing he was behind the new/old sound.

I started to do just that when I went to dump our plates but I didn't want Tony to think all those times I was hating "his" music. Mexican music is ok no longer than we are there. Not a big fan of all those horns and that up UP beat sound, but since Tony has his truck painted to look like a Mexican desert, it does fit the mood.
