underrated show imho
While petting my dog Joey I felt a bump, my first thought was a scab. Yep...a tick. This thing was huge, obviously it had been sucking for a long time. So I yank it off and there it is this blood bloated little creature with a tiny head and legs but a monstrous body full of doggie blood. Biggest tick I've ever seen (not that I've seen a lot of ticks).
Now do I flush this monster,take a pin and with it, or just step on it? What a life that must be, just hanging around sucking blood. So God made this thing, what was He thinking? We have ticks.....because? How did Noah know a male from a female tick when he was rounding things up for his ark? What kept these ticks off the other creatures?
I ended up beheading the pricktick, talk about a gross sight, a blood bloated body with no head.

Remember the live-action version FOX tried to do that bombed?
It was actually pretty decent, but per the usual with all their good shows, FOX didn't promote it at all and put it in a horrible timeslot....
That reminds me...I had a friend who had a Tick toy that he got from Taco Bell. It had a weight in it's chin and would balance on just about anything. He didn't have anything but the figure. He ended up giving it to me and I found it a week or so ago when I was cleaning up some .

I give my dogs trifexis, but I don't know if it works on ticks, just fleas and mosquitos for sure.
But I also spray my yard twice every three months.
