From a neutral POV, least entertaining game of the Cup so far. Uruguay too rusty, blowing passes which would lead into good chances. Costa Rica just trying to do their thing, bother Uruguay as much as possible and scrap a goal out of nowhere. Hopefully they pick it up in second half.

All languages I checked agreed with it yes. It's a clear Rugby grab. For what is worth, We're thankful of European referees. A south american one on qualifications lets those go uncalled...
