If the series 7 and he continues to score and shoot as efficiently as he has, I wouldn't have a problem with it. Shooting above 50% from the field, shooting great from 3. He leads all scorers, and is the only player on the Heat that has played well in every game so far. No Spurs player has the stats or the impact that he has shown in all 4 games so far. The difference is that there is no way you award it to a player on a team getting pummeled the way the Heat have been so far.
That being said, the Spurs better win and either Kawhi or Duncan better get it
