    ...he originally picked Heat in 7, but after Game 4, he said the series was over, the Heat were done.

    So, either the Spurs win the le, which makes SAS right, or the Heat win the le in 7, which makes SAS right.

    I've criticized him many many times, but he is very clever. I suspect he thinks his words will get back to the Heat and inspire them to prove him wrong.

    I don't think he would be right if the Heat win. Saying "it's over" clearly insinuates that the team currently leading will win. He ed out and changed his pick, so either way he looks bad.

    He picked the Spurs last year, made the show more boring, he's an entertainer, having Skip and him pick different teams makes for a better show tbh...

    That was a pretty stupid pick based on stats. Chances of winning in 7 without homecourt are generally very low. Spurs in 6 had a much greater chance. I think the only way it could have happened is if the Spurs allowed themselves to get blow out in game 6.

    He also said Spurs were the better team before the series, so he is playing it both ways .
