The even bigger criminal act was not intentionally fouling up 3.

I have no idea why hack-a-Shaq Pop is loathe to do that. I can't remember the last time a team down 3 in the closing seconds made the first FT, intentionally missed the second, got the o-board and then tied or won the game.

Pop is a brilliant coach and deserves all his acclaim, but he has some stubborn traits (his love affair with ty players, like Finley and Bonner, for instance) that make my blood boil.

I mean the Lakers are right now. They're such an easy target that Arnold feels embarrassed to affiliate himself with his actual team because otherwise he wouldn't feel en led to talk as much as he does.
