I wore the Australian flag to every game I've been to at AT&T so people could identify me from SpursTalk, but most randoms who came up to say hi thought it was the NZ flag!![]()
The Spurs have quite an Australian pedigree now, what with Gaze in 1999, then Heal, now Patty (from Canberra, my home and where I am right now) and Aron.
This is mostly thanks to Brett Brown, who won championships coaching in Australia and forged the link with Aus as a recruiting ground.
