Mavs off rating: 107.5
def rating: 105.3
LA off rating: 108.1
d rating: 99.1
I know you had to take some time off selling fruit pops to get on your Cricket phone, but i think you could of had a better response than that.
with today's rules, mavs would sweep fairly easily.
The 2001 Lakers were a got damn juggernaut. They would have swept that Mavs team by 20+ each game.
Indeed.![]()
2014 Spurs would beat the 2001 Lakers though, no matter how these pathetic laker fans try to spin it
Mavs would sweep them 2 trick pros utes in LA i saiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiddd
who would guard shaq?
tc and haywood were good to great defensively but prime shaq is another type of bully
2001 Lakers were a juggernaut relative to the compe ion at the time.
The closest thing to the 2014 Spurs is the 2002 Kings, which should've beat the Lakers and lack the depth/shooting/defense of these Spurs.
Ghazi one on one, stop on a dime, give 'em 9 cents change; the contest too late. Grown man post, 13 to 2 run, timeout Miami.
"Ghazi for three.....BAAAANG!"
"Somebody tell these Laker fans the rules..." etc
tbh I still don't think the 14 Spurs beat the 01 Lakers simply because they have nothing that would remotely slow down the Diesel. The Kings had good ball movement and stuff but Vlade overall did a decent job on Shaq
Ricky, you're better than that.
Shaq hated playing the Jazz (he even claimed the Lakeshow would tank to avoid them) because they ran a load of pic n'roll, the Spurs run it to perfection & have more than 1 player who can run it. Shaq would tire out, while having to defend that & carry Bean.
2001 Lakers. No discussion... the greatest team since the 1996 Bulls. The 2014 Spurs could beat the 2011 Mavs too.
Are we talking about before or after the rule changes?
