Nope, they are good teams who failed to translate that into the senior side. Powerhouses are Brazil or Argentina who won at both levels. Uruguay is in the middle, World Cup glory in the past, but their club football sucks.

Urunobili, if your group of scrubs/picapiedras somehow miraculously manage to win the world cup and thus get the "fifth star", do you think the world would put Uruguay next to Brazil???? Like you said, 1924 and 1928 were olympic games, not world cups.
