    Yep. I'm a single father and it's hard being away from my kids a few days a week. I can't imagine what it's like for him. After Game 5, the way he was taking everything in with his kids, I really thought he might call it a career.

    Great interview. Looks like he really contemplated about retiring. Duncan is such a basketball junkie that honestly doesn't know what he would do after retiring so he just continues to play.

    Kinda disappointed Letterman didn't ask him more about his personal life. Was surprised he kept mentioning NBA accomplishments instead. Anyone can do that. Tim is finally on a non-sports talk show...so don't talk about just sports. Ugh!

    Seems like his kids really handled the split well, considering how close they were with Vanessa, on camera, at least. Lots of kids I've known around their age and whose parents split up just acted out and went haywire.
