Just noticed that Jarnell Stokes is still on the board. Great rebounder. Would be great value for some team that needs help on the boards.

Wanted Randle. PGs are overrated. Y'all rolling out a Haitian refugee and still made playoffs.
Randle is a ing steal at #7. LA2 did well tonight.

Gotta trust RC. I mean the worst first round pick he ever made was Mahimni, who has played 6 years in the NBA now.

Anderson had mad potential before his injury though.

True, but still the worst pick RC ever made considering how high it was.

Nah, Randle has "bust" written all over him, especially with a ty coach like Dumbleavy or Scott not developing him....

If I had drafted CJ Suxcox, I'd be hiding too

Hinkie with some head scratching moves. What good is analytics if you keep picking players who won't play? Saric, Embiid? After Noels missing all of last year? I feel bad for Philly fans. They had to go through horrible season last year and they don't have nothing to look forward to, at least for next season.

I love Chicago's pick (Nurkic) Phoenix (Ennis) and Wilcox will be good for us, great shooter it seems like. I don't understand Gordon in Orlando as well.

I just can't get into all this draft discussion because, as Bill Simmons pointed out, the NBA draft order has very little predictive power. If NBA executives can't accurately predict the best players, I know I sure as can't.

Hopefully the Clipps can snag Kyle Anderson, tbh...
Honestly, his unathleticism doesn't worry me that much because of his craftiness and versatility....
Suns are apparently looking to trade their pick.... Clipps should try to get it and draft Anderson and Early, imho....

    Edit: NM

from Bill Simmons's nba draft crapshoot:

Funniest retroactive moments: Pat Riley nearly taking Chris Kaman over Wade (that’s true), and Donald Sterling throwing a tantrum because he didn’t want to take a white guy with the no. 6 pick (also true). Just think, if Miami had taken Kaman — The Decision never happens, LeBron goes to New York or Chicago in 2010, Bosh probably signs with Houston, Howard eventually ends up in Dallas, and Wade absolutely punches out Donald Sterling. That’s a bizarre alternate universe.

He will not bust. You just hatin'. Had to hurt to have Jalen shooting down the Lebron to LAC dreams all night. Me I KNOW we are not getting James. Your fanbase (some of mine too) still has delusions of grandeur ...
also ROSE pointing out the owner's vote still hasnt happened when everyone was suckin off Silver last night.
Cubes gonna have to finally choose a side should be interesting.

Didn't even watch the draft, tbh, why voluntarily watch Bill Simmons talk when Woj just spoils all the picks in advance?

The dude actually has a decent chance of busting. ty tools, makes his living off of dominating teams with terrible defenses. Seriously, everybody's performance drops off against great defenses, but not many drop off a cliff like Randle. Horrific defensive awareness in a team setting, turnover prone; basically the guy projects as a post-scorer and rebounder, but he's got average length and height and his strength gets mitigated by all the athletes he faces in the NBA. He'll probably average 14/8 in the NBA on 50% shooting, but if he's a defensive sieve and turns the ball over all the time, what good does that do you? People compare him to Z-bo but Z-bo destroys him from a tools and defensive awareness standpoint in college. He might prove me wrong and develop into a semi-useful player if he magically develops a reliable jumper but the odds are against it and he's definitely a worse bet to succeed than someone like Vonleh or Nurkic.

EDIT: when i say 14/8 on 50%, I mean 14/8 on a ty team. On a good team he'd be a bench guy at best
