I know the Greek league is full of foreigners, but how the do they qualify for major tournaments? Beating the likes of San Marino, Malta, Faroe Islands, Andorra and such with set pieces and then holding for draws/counterattacking against the rest?

I think Costa Rica has to hope to reach the penalty shootout. With one player less on the pitch they can't hold that for another 30 minutes if they try to attack.

Costa Rica's keeper is always coming out of his line to anticipate back passes in the area. I've seen him do it at least 4 times in this cup. If they go through, Holland could take advantage of this, Robben playing on the right can fake a pass and shoot into an unprotected near post.
