Indiana's offer is more than fair. Stephenson is a talented but immature chucker and knucklehead. He would be smart to sign a 3 year contract, mature, become a better player and reset on FA. Kudos to Bird for putting Stephenson in his place and giving him a dose of reality. He's good now but has room to get much better. SMH at these guys. Friggin Gen.
