Kobe's made so many guys better players....Odom, Gasol, Fisher, Ariza. Artest. etc etc. This is the true testament to what the media tries to hide about how great a leader Kobe is....Kobe gave Ariza a shooting program he told him to strictly follow and this was the result:

RLANDO, Fla. -- Trevor Ariza tried to explain [On Kobe's coaching] the other day, and he wound up stopping mid-sentence to convey what he was truly feeling.

"I used it like it was ..." he began.

Then he tilted his head back, turned his palms up and stretched those noodle arms out to his sides.
And he looked to the heavens.

"I used it like it was the Bible," Ariza said.

But, Media won't give that story the light of day. Like Artest going there and ringing with Kobe. Uh, uh. No way was Media touching that. They were so pissed they couldn't see straight.

Pierce, flinching 23 feet from the hoop after having to return to California after that swore up &&& swore down he wasn't comin' back. Yeah, let Artest take that cookie,,,broad daylight. Just like that.

Ariza was a perfect fit for the Lakers. Was surprised Mitch chose Artest over the young Ariza in 09.

Bryant made nine 3-pointers in the NBA Finals; Ariza made 10. Bryant made 37 3-pointers in the playoffs; Ariza made 40.
    Getting outplayed by Ariza.

Turned out nails as Artest put it back here, then took Pierce out to California, and left him where he found 'em.

You are not part of 7 final berth teams and the #1 or #2 option on championship teams without making players around you better and understanding the overall team concept and what your role is on said team..... In order for a team to win each player needs to play above their means and sacrifice something, that being touches, minutes etc.

This is the same for any championship team I've seen. Spurs did it their way, Lakers in the past did it their way. No matter how you slice it and both styles are different on paper with different moving parts, however the end result is the same, a ring.

His agent (David Lee) and Laker brass don't see eye to eye. Otherwise, MWP stays in Houston.

I HATED seeing Ariza go. He was a perfect fit for Kobe.

A year ago you were looking out from that dark & dusky crevice of that rump picture you lodged a few days ago, Splits. And you emerged whole.

    Anything is possible.
