    Well Yugoslavia (Serbia) got Dragan Stojkovic, who was more skilled than Messi and never won . Nowadays, Brazil has a bunch of POS and they one of the contenders to win the world cup. Argentina has Messi, but has the same or even less chances than Brazil because their role players are worse.
