    lol Brazil lots of talent? If I were Brazilian I would be ashamed of the scrubs playing on the team, and that includes Neymar. Nowhere near Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, etc, etc, just to name a few of the last great generation of Brazilian players.

    Football includes defense as well. This generation has great defenders. Probably the best Brazil has ever had.

    Brazil lacks talent offensively, especially 9s and a creative midfielder. Calling Neymar a scrub is just agenda crap.

    I don't know about that. Luis and Silva are great, but you had guys like Roberto Carlos, Branco, Cafu... there's rich history there...

    Branco was trash Nono (his goal against Holland in 94 was probably the only positive thing he has ever done in his life), but I agree about RC and Cafu. Overall, I still take this generation defensively, especially the CBs. Brazil never had the luxury of having so many great CBs like now. Despite having RC and Cafu, they always struggled to find someone to replace them, until Maicon/Dani/Marcelo.

    I mean, Brazil won the 2002 WC playing with Edmilson, Roque Junior and Lucio. Compared to what Brazil has now, it's a joke. It's just like when we compare Rivaldo, Ronaldo and Dinho with Oscar, Fred and Paulinho.

    Well, Lucio wasn't THAT bad... and you could mask it well with midfielders like Dunga and Alemão, but in general I agree... I was saying a couple days ago I though Brazil won '94 and '02 trying to outscore opponents...

    I guess a shot to the post and a Messi one-on-one against the keeper is considered "not coming close to scoring" now. We got an early goal and then chilled the out. If the game would have been tied Argentina would have pressed a lot more.
