Not really. It could just mean they want max contracts themselves, and are looking elsewhere to get them. I tend to agree that James isn't leaving, but if he does it's because he wants a max contract AND the reigns on when to goof off and when to play hard. He probably misses those days when he was a good guy.

As soon as the Carmelo/Lebron dominoes fall, everything else will move rather quickly, IMO...
He'd actually be a perfect fit for the Clippers. He'd have a decent coach and an owner who will not fear the luxury tax. They might have to give up Griffin though. Going back to Cleveland will kill his career tbh.

My two cents...
1. This just sounds more like LeBrons attempt to get back in the good graces of his home state people since he was "this close" to signing with Cleveland. Don't think he's leaving Miami.
2. If he does go back, why would it be a shock? Why are people saying he won't go back because of Dan Gilbert? LeBron went and national tv and ripped their hearts out and dumped them. DG was scorned and said things in the heat of the moment like a bad break up. LeBron carries some responsibility for DG comments.
LeBron is like the hot chick people want a chance to be with, and DG was like the dude putting up with her every day that no one else knows about. Of course he was pissed.
I don't think it's that big a deal for both to apologize to each other and move on.
