command promt ran as administrator netsh interface ip delete arpcache worked!
probably not. DNS protocol is well above, not involved in ARP protocol.

The TTL on spurstalk is 8 hours, with negative TTL of 1 hour. One or the other timed out in your DNS, not ARP commands.

Glad some of you know what you are doing.
I am lucky to be somewhat literate on my computer.
Too bad you aren't lucky enough to be literate in English.

If you don't want to call it propagation, then fine, though that is the standard term, but there are varied TTLs (Times To Live) for local DNS servers.
propagation is a horrible, misinforming misnomer, suggesting that the authoritative DNS is activelyt pushing out changed data, when DNS is totally a pull protocol with DNS servers remaining purely passive.

I know how it works, that's why I was able to guess your objection and reference TTLs. But you're arguing with the standard terminology in a basketball forum.

Yeah...it's such a misnomer...that's why every ISP uses that term...just to obfuscate, right?

yep, anybody using "DNS propagation" most likely doesn't know what's going on, or has decided to speak the lingo of ignorance.

Thought the site was done for, tbh.

It would have been a great ending anyway since the Spurs won the championship.

Google also gives you this: http://de.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=spurstalk

"A sports message board that consists of nonstop trolling and foolishness where intelligent discussion is rarely found where instead, if you disagree with someone, they find out your personal info and spam the board with it. If you get banned from here, you are a real clueless

99% of threads involve LOL, LMAO, stinky Paki references, and other acts of sexuality
Guy 1: Hey have your heard of spurstalk?

Guy 2: Oh that place where a bunch of re s try to talk sports? yyeah what about it"

Mel, those other two I mentioned are not bad, some like them better, some like them worse.
In fact many of the original posters here, and the owners, started at SR.
That site is moderated very strictly though, much more so than here, they don't suffer trollish behavior lightly and are quick with the ban.
PTR is different from both, It is hard to explain how, but it isn't bad.
It is always good to have toes in various different Spurs forums because you never know where the insider info will come from.
Up until last year most of that came from this site for the past five or six years.
Before that it was usually first from SR.
The trends may be changing now to PTR, I don't know for sure, but that site seems to have more insider info lately, and many of the old time posters that used to be here, have moved on.
You should probably just stay at spurs report.

    I'm in all three.
That isn't to say that there are no problems with any of them that can't be fixed.
We don't live in a perfect world.
