It's "Sources" Broussard, so take it for what it's worth.

If Bosh does leave, does this mean Melo to Heat?

Bosh, Howard, and Harden would be a pretty good trio

I would laugh if Bosh left to Houston and then Melo goes to Miami. Sounds like a LeBron kind of plan...

Heat just gave McBob the full MLE (huge overpay IMO), sure looks like Bosh is gone....

Wade would have to take a paycut down to $12 million if the Heat renounced everyone, including Haslem. If Riley doesn't want to do Haslem dirty Wade would have to take something in the range of $9 million.

Not necessarily. MLE only comes into play if they are over the cap. If bosh was gone mcbob would just be signed with cap space, rather than MLE

That's the writing on the wall it seems. James seems to be trying to scare Bosh out of town by feigning interest in Cleveland. A slot opens up for Melo and James predictably returns.

Damn, James is a cold son-of-a- using Cleveland like that.

Wow, that is not going to get it done. The MLE was the only thing significant that the Heat had to be able to improve. James is ing gone!

McRoberts is a Lewis replacement. He's not a Bosh replacement.

Makes the Clippers' Hawes signing look even better, too, since Hawes is a similar type of player but better....

I think Bosh/Rox interest is real. Rox advanced stats gurus love 3's and Bosh has basically become a stretch 4 with 3pt range added to his mid-range arsenal. He is a solid pnr defender though weak on the block. Having Dwight and BOsh as a frontcourt works really well together and the added spacing should help Harden and Dwight ... which I did not think always worked well last year despite the hype. if they could solidify their PG situation ROX would really be legit contenders and maybe leap CLips as the #3 threat in the West.

Mcbob is a better playmaker/facilitator type. Hawes is bigger and can play center

Or Bosh, and Wade does like Duncan and takes a paycut down to 9-12 million.

No way to pay Wade 10 million in this scenario? I could see him taking a paycut to try and continue the Lebron le gravy train?

Or could Melo take less than max?

no. Wade won't. Dude hasnt been banking for years like Duncan or Dirk ... even though Wade is making up the diffrence in endorsements, he is no where close to making what Ray-Ray has made. Plus I doubt long-term he will be marketable off the court like James will be. Right now he still cashing dem checks but now he endorses crap like the "clima cool" towell. (not sure if it is good or not) but everytime I see him on that commercial I smh, no way Bron is doing that.
