More and more marijuana being used, who knows what pesticides are being used on large scale production. There was a do entary on this. Scary stuff.
For those that smoked Marijuana a decade ago, be-careful what you wish for in legalizing it. The next step is how to police Marijuana DUI's
People are arrested and charged with DUI for Marijuana coming up in blood tests. Same for people who have marijuana residue in mouth swabs.
Unless you live in an area with viable public transportation/transit system (Which 98% of Americans don't), legalizing will result in less daily freedoms.
I'm sure MADD are foaming at the mouth for the soon to be financial jump

Hmm great point. Down the line, in 50 years we see American adolescences even more mentally fragile
Colorado is using blood. Anything higher than .5 nanograms is considered DUI.
It is an inevitable consequence of legalization.
I can live with that if it is legal.
Except for an ability to grow your own (huge amounts) what is gained?
Good question.
Why are you not allowed to grow your own?
Will that still be illegal?
If so, then that is not legalization, that is only partial legalization.
If moonshine is illegal, I doubt marijuana won't
I have nothing wrong with people getting DUI with weed in their system. Cars are a weapon. And some people are just get stupid and slow when high.
Agreed but testing will be far more inconsistent than alcohol. Booze is pretty cut & dry
If Marijuana left the system in 10-16 hours, then 70%+ of the adult population in the USA would use it on a monthly basis
So they had better be driving a of a lot safer and not recklessly.
True but DUI checkpoints & if you are the victim in an accident. They might still test you
You gots need to calm down. I'm in Colorado right now and no one is complaining and we are all happy. Just smoked this splif I picked up off this chic from a bike ride this morning.
Just don't ever drive a car again
Don't do weed or other drugs and don't in' drink. It's that simple.
legalizing this , means u must pay for other when ur caught up with the law
i wonder if obamacare also covers under the influence of drugs?
Will it ever happen in Texas?
Highly doubt it. Texas still kicks your ass over Pot possession. It would be too large of a change
I've lived in CO for five years. I've never been pulled over here or had to go through a sobriety check point. I haven't experienced in any change in my daily freedoms. Considering my experience living in a state where pot has been decriminalized, legalized for medical use, and ultimately legalized for recreational use, I'm finding your thread to be a little over the top.
Changes are just now coming. It took time for MADD to get going as well
The changes aren't coming. They've already happened here.
What about xanax?
PREACH
That would be MrsXanax (maalox) who does that on a semi regular basis, you can always tell by her posts when she is out of it.
