"please, just give me one night so you don't announce you're leaving right after this meeting. think of heatfan! let them live in bliss one more day before you drive them to suicide."
To be honest, if I were James, I'd milk this attention, too. TGM is he heading back to L.A.? No one knows! Boom ego bigger than Peyton Manning's forehead!

It's too bad, I was really looking forward to the third act of this trilogy: The King and the Dragonblade.
Not sure Heat fan would commit suicide. They'd just e Cavs jersey sales in Miami, tbh.
I don't care that much whether LeBron stays or goes, but the Cleveland media has been running with all sorts of unsubstantiated rumors for the past week, tbh....
CN, how will u feel if Lebron returns to Cleveland?
If he goes back to Cleveland, he'll never be able to leave again. He's basically committing to them for the rest of his life, right?
ESPN trying to hide Windhorst's fat behind a glass table
If true, that is just more proof James is leaning Cleveland.
I hear he has more than one source
Eh i'm still waiting on Malik Hariston sources to confirm all this. Till then this is all bull
Yeah, the dude still has love for his hometown/state. If he was trolling them again with this I dont see how he would ever be welcomed there again once his playing days are over.
Happy for the city of Cleveland. Going from irrelevant losers to being a sports mecca tbh.
Lebron fans should be in favor of a return to Cleveland. Who gives a about Dan Gilbert? Part of life is working for/with people who are bags and who you might despise, but if Lebron's main interest is winning les, Cleveland offers a better chance at that than Miami.
With Wade essentially done and having no young assets, Miami's le window is pretty much shut, barring a miracle trade. In Cleveland, James will likely have a core of Irving/Love or Irving/Wiggins, along with youth like Waiters (if he's not dumped to make cap room) and Tristan Thompson. If Wiggins turns out to be the truth, that championship window could last 5-8 years for Lebron.
Why does an idiot like Chris Broussard have almost 900k followers? I mean, has the dude ever been right about anything?![]()
I respectfully disagree, I think alot of people are living in the moment and not realizing that Pat Riley is capable of making power moves if Lebron stays. Not this season, but after wade is gone he can form another super duo to help LeBronze. Pat Riley is the key here, the heat team has a much better FO than that bag of a FO in Cleveland. I wouldnt trade all that in for 1 season with a 20% better chance of winning now.
The problem with Lebronze is he always has to win this year at any cost with a super team. He never wants to go through a few years of hardship like Kobe after Shaq left. I would like to see him return to Cleveland and right his wrong, but I think he is toying with the idea at best.
Meh, I'm not convinced Cleveland gives him a particularly better championship window than Miami does, tbh.... rookie head coach, terrible front office, Kyrie is an overrated wannabe Marbury, Waiters is a scrub, Thompson is hardly anything to write home about, Wiggins is a huge question mark, Love is an overrated stat-padder, and Bennett is a historic draft bust.... plus it'd kind of suck to see that hypocritical got fanbase and owner be rewarded....
LeBron should have either forced a sign-and-trade to the Clippers or even Houston or just signed in Phoenix, but instead, he's picking between two bad choices....
Not only did Kirby create his own "hardship" by running off Shaq and quitting on his team, LeBron went through seven years of hardship in Cleveland followed by another one in 2011...
I agree with you.
if Lebron wins another ring with Miami, people will still hold the "not one, not two, not three...." spiel over his head. Simply bringing a ring to Cleveland will be a huge deal.
Riley gets props for Wade, James, and Bosh deciding to play together?
LOL what? He went through 7 years of the hardship of having complete garbage around him.The problem with Lebronze is he always has to win this year at any cost with a super team. He never wants to go through a few years of hardship like Kobe after Shaq left. I would like to see him return to Cleveland and right his wrong, but I think he is toying with the idea at best.
Call me crazy but I don't think LeBron really cares about ringing anymore. I just think he's satisfied with 2. Sure, he wants to win but I don't think its a major factor in his decision. If he returns to Cleveland I wouldn't be surprised to hear him say that he regretted leaving in the first place.
Riley wouldn't be able to maneuver much with Wade and Bosh locked up at 15-20 million a piece for the next 2 years. Beyond them, the Heat have no assets with which to make a power move. Wade will be done in 2 years, pretty much untradeable. Bosh would be an okay asset, but if Riley were to use him as a trade chip down the line, I'm not sure he gets much for him. No one like Kevin Love, that's for sure. Also, the Heat have no youth movement. The Heat's future is very uncertain. It's a possibility Riley hits a homerun, but it's just that, a possibility.
On the other hand, I see James being intrigued by the youth and potential of the Cavs roster.
Cleveland and Miami were the only two realistic choices. Between them, I see Cleveland having more potential. You think James really wants to drag Wade along for another two years and play alongside one of the oldest rosters in the league again?
Also, Blatt, I think, will make a good coach, since he was successful in FIBA, which seems to be the brand of basketball the NBA is heading toward.
