Perfect situation for him. He can learn under Lebron and be "Pippen" and by time Lebron starts declining, he will be ready to take over the team.
I think he will fit greatly with the team. At Kansas, every time I watched him he seemed to be very controlled and good at playing within the system, never trying to do too much unless they absolutely needed him too. I think he has all the tools and abilities to truly be the next Pippen, in terms of an incredibly talented all-around player.
