Pau isn't going to Miami, they are not even close to being a contender anymore.

Good point. Zero chance he falls to the Spurs.
I honestly can't see Beverly even making it to the Spurs spot. I think he's the player whom Houston is trying to get Bosh to take less than the max.
Yes and send Cojo in a package to the Lakers for Gasol.
Meanwhile...the Heat offer Bosh a maximum 5 year contract:

As I've said before, I like Beverly, but he's overrated as a stopper. I think as the third perimeter defender behind Leonard and Green, he'd be fantastic.
It would fill a temporary need. Whose roster spot does he get?

His salary is so small. Only 400K above an empty roster spot cap hold. Losing Beverly over that amount of cap space would be so stupid.
They wouldn't all get a chance because Beverly was supposedly signed to a three-year deal, teams need cap space or trade exceptions to bid on him.
Bosh and his family love it in Miami, but after Riley low balling him, if I were him I would go to Houston.
I think Bosh staying in Miami would completely screw Houston over, so I hope he stays.
Yeah, but with Bosh getting a max offer from the Heat, the Rockets may just be desperate enough.
Please stay in miami bosh
Would be nice if Bosh stayed in miami but I don't see it.
Can you pls let me know what is the max offer that the Heat can make to Bosh? Rockets' offer was $88 million over 4 years. Heat could offer, around $110 million over 5?
Are the heat still in consideration for bosh ?
Does anyone know how much money NY can give Pau? Guessing it depends on the Melo situation, but I can't imagine Pau would want to play for New York without Melo. I know he wants to get paid, but that team would be horrible.
They can only offer about $7M/2. Lol.
Bosh would be dumb to walk away from $118 million. McFail would utilize him worse than Phili ever did, and with Lebron gone he'll get a rapid increase in touches.
Thanks!
Ha... that makes it a tough one for Bosh. Afaik, he has no relationship with Howard or Harden unlike James/Wade. Why should he take $31 million cut to go to Houston?
If he stays in Miami then look for Houston to suddenly become a major player going after Gasol.
but much more in a sign&trade scenario
So you are suggesting we run with 4 point guards on the roster, right? As you are already on the record as saying that The Spurs will definitely not get rid of Cojo.
