Cleveland pretty much can walk to the Finals, while the Spurs and their Western compe ors have a much harder field. Statistically, it makes sense for the Eastern favorite to have the best odds.
Cleveland isn't the best team out East tbh. If Indy gets their together I think they can do it, not to mention Chicago if Rose actually isn't useless. Wiz will be a dark horse too.

With Bosh I'd imagine Heat to be closer to 22/1

The are you talking about. The Cavaliers have no coach, no bench and only three players worth a damn. You females can ride that cav all you want. It'll hit you just as hard as those three blowouts the spurs dominated in that in turn lead to the implosion of every bandwagon fans fap dream.
Yes. It is about the odds but they have odds of losing and ill take those odds.
The LeBron effect
Even with Lebron they shouldn't be favorites. At least when the Big 3 got together they were all in their primes and proven players. Irving has done jack in 3 years, Wiggins hasn't stepped on an NBA court yet, and we have no idea what their depth will look like yet.
