Brazil should have seen two straight reds this tournament (Neymar elbowing Modric on purpose and now Silva for that foul on Robben) and several yellow-reds (Silva in the first game for a tactical foul to stop a Croatian counter attack around the 70th minute, both Silva and Fernandinho for repeatedly hacking the out of James against Colombia and you could also argue for some against Chile...), but I bet that no ref has the guts to actually do that on their home turf.
