He looks great out there, seems smart and wanting to learn how to Coach and learn Pops system.

JKidd got the job but he was a big name and is considered one of the more high IQ bball players of all time
dont see a 3 stringer NBA player getting the same treatment
Jacque Vaughn sort of did get the job pretty quick but he was at least under Pop a few years
Vaughn will probably be a target in 3-4 years though
Udoka will take some time to develop as a spurs assistant.

If we can replace PJ, Coach Bud, and all the other coaches that have left for other jobs, I think we can survive the loss of Ime Udoka. With that said, yeah, he looks like he could be a good coach in this league for a long time to come, and I hope he'll stick here for a while.
I thought he looked good and natural out there. Hope we can hold onto him, continue to see how good he can be.
With the exception of playing Thomas at PF.
