Just doing a cursory google search for "Daniel Montgomery NBA" I can't find any results to suggest that this guy is an NBA reporter.
Tread carefully Tspence...this could be Don Harris using a throwaway twitter account or one of Don's friends trying to trick you into spilling the beans on your sources.

Turns out it's a picture of a guy named Chris Blackmon.
in fact, it's one of the first results that comes up when you type "Normal guy" into google image search.
