He ALWAYS HATED Tony Parker.... back in 2003 I had to do a project on for Communications on sports media... Tom James of the Spurs was very helpful.....down to earth had a great interview.
I got the pro Sports side so I said okay lets try the Media side... and Don and Walter Pasacrita when they used to have that afternoon radio show back in 2003 on 760 were just en horrible...Don argued with every freaking caller about the TP and Jason Kidd chase sweepstakes.

Well...maybe is illegal to copy and publicize/post a private conversation -like the content of a text message or email that was sent or phone conversations-, a private email address, etc...without the express consent of the other person.

Good for us -and the fun- you're only 11 years old and children under the age of 12 are absolutely immune from sentence (the minimum age for federal crimes the age has been set at 11, right?).

If this were the case then why was Donald Sterlings' recorded phone conversation not illegal?

I know that is why he is suing, but why would the league set themselves up to be sued, because they used an illegality, if they really believed it was illegal and could be used against them?
That seems a pretty stupid course of action by an en y as intelligent as the NBA if that were the case.

But his wife agreed to indemnify the NBA from damages if he ever sued them, so why would they even vote now? It all seems pretty moot.
