OK guys I know what you're thinking (Pop took a perennial All star and Eastern Conference Champion and ruined his game) but i think we should trade Bonner and a future 2nd round pick (maybe 2019 because Freshman these days are soft) for Jefferson straight up. I feel Pop has grown alot as a coach the past few years and now finally understands Jefferson's true value: an elite perimeter defender, above average mid-range game, and excellent finisher.

Just imagine how intimidating it will be for opposing defenders having Tony leading the break with Leonard and Jefferson on the wings. I mean, how do you defend that? The good thing about getting Jefferson is that the Mavs signed him for only 1 year so he will hustle his ass off Kieth Bogans style to get another deal. You are not being honest yourself if you don't think this team can't use another bona fide stud and proven winner like Jefferson on this team. Again, I know Jefferson had a tough run here but there are not too many people in this league who can post up, penetrate, and score from range at the efficiency of Jefferson.

When we reach the finals next year if Lebron is guarding Leonard who guards Jefferson? Wiggins? Child please, Jefferson would take him to the candy shop ALL DAY LONG.
