By my count, there will only be 6 teams who WON'T have a stripe (Suns, Magic, Cavs, Pacers, Jazz, Nets). This seems like this system is picking on them more than congratulating teams for winning les, imo.
If you did that then the Celtics Jersey would look be the same color as the lakers Jersey.
They should come up with a symbol for 5 and 10. Roman numerals would work if they want to keep it simple.

Wait, didn't they do this one season with their warmups? I remember the Lakers having a warmup jacket with (at the time) 15-stars on 'em. Guess they're going with the little emblem now.
