Don't know how long he'll put up with losses at a rate similar to last year.

Zero chance. He's come this far, no reason to tarnish his legacy now.

Something out of the ordinary would have to occur in order for that to take place. A confluence of events have occured that find him piloting a listless ship. He may be a sociopath, but, he isn't psychotic.

    He'll soldier.

That is true. Very good point.

If my understanding of Kobe's "compe iveness" is true, He will snap at some point and ask the from office for a resolution, he did this in 2008, except this time the Lakers are in a bind with zero moves to offer. If he stays a good soldier, he will tough this out and accept the worst (unlikely).

My guess is he asks for a way out.

But, in '08 the old man was asleep at the wheel. That is not the case this time. The kids are sitting in the driver seat sharing the wheel and they're still trying to make heads or tails of Cuban's CBA.

Kobe can count. He understands what befell us.

He'll exhaust the contract, then he'll choose whether to chase.

Good chance but unlikely it will even take place. No one is trading for his contract.

he has to to prove he is healthy before there is a chance anyone would trade for him
also if he proves he is healthy someone might want to play with him

Kobe will complain in a cowards fashion. It will be a faint cry not loud enough to ruffle feathers but keep the fans voting. It's disgusting.

Told ya. Kobe had Duncan against the ropes at 5-4 after winning the le in 2010. Tbh, the Lakers' winning legacy died with Jerry

No. If Kobe was even remotely interested in being compe ive at this point, he'd not have crippled the team with that silly ass contract.
