Wow, Kawhi beat out David Ortiz?
in Michael Sam hogging up all the airtime! lol
Wow, Kawhi beat out David Ortiz?
you are a piece of .
Shouldn't be surprised the Spurs didn't win tbh. Best Team is voted on by the fans and football is far more popular than basketball in the US. A lot easier to get more votes.
Kawhi probably loves that he didn't have to give a speech.
Dude wasn't even there. Michael Jordan must be kicking himself cause after all these years, he found a winner in Kawhi and little did he know about Pop & the Spurs. Good luck marketing losers like Carmelo & Chris Paul.
Baseball<<<<
Because the NFL is still more popular.
Rousey didn't attend but they showed hers.
Durbeta also won where cabrera might have been a better choice. MLB isn't getting .
So. Was the ESPY show turned into a -a-Thon? That's too bad.
When your headquarters is in Bristol Connecticut it shouldn't be a surprise. The Disney Company could push back on this, but that type of response went away years ago.
Here's a new commercial for Disneyland.
Announcer: "Hey, Michael Sam, you're an above average college football player that just came out of the closet. How are you going to celebrate?"
MICHAEL SAM: "I'm going to Disneyland".... I'm surprised that hasn't actually happened yet.
At least Pop and Kawhi got their well-deserved props, and yeah, the "Kick Six" in the Iron Bowl was hands down the play of the year...LOL @ Bama.![]()
He should turn his Espy into a chip bowl like Barry did with his Dunk award.
I actually thought it was a joke that Dr. J was making, but apparantly he was sincere, and he was shocked as I was that the SPURS did not get team of the year.
Green was too good to show up imo. He probably begged to go though; I doubt they asked him to knowing they got jobbed out of the best team award and didn't even have their two won awards aired on tv.
ESPN is salty the Spurs ended the Heat's run and broke them up.
CBS is doing it's own version of disrespect... I think...

He said something like: "I think we know who it is considering number 6 and 7 up here. " Him and the other presenter(i forget who it was right now) were both basketball players.
ing pathetic tbh. Every media outlet will fall on it's knees and celebrate Pop and Tim when they leave the game. Just watch...
