Manu was also playing with a broken arm, against one of the top perimeter defenders in the NBA (Tony Allen)
What did you think of Manu being our best (or maybe 2nd to Splitter) player in the Dallas series? Or his clutch shot against OKC which prevented us from needing a game 7? Or his overall good play on the finals including being the catalyst to our game 5 comeback? I'm just curious as to your thoughts on these events. Not about 2013, or any other year. In the scope of this year and our le run
Why aren't you bagging on Kiwi for missing ft's down the stretch of game 6? It goes both ways, so if you're calling it on Manu...you have to call it on Kiwi too.
Enjoy the rings.

Because Leonard kept us in the game, was arguably the best player of that Finals, and didn't have EIGHT TURNOVERS to go with a missed FT.
Manu was stumbling and staggering like a drunkard and throwing the ball to everyone but the Spurs.
I am am glad he finally played within himself a little. He showed a touch of discipline which is what many of have begged for for years.
Its clear as day you are not very familiar with Spurs forum
Are these dudes still trying to blame Kawhiand that guy "accidentally" left out his 2013 stats
/thread
You left out 2013 and "the Dirk"
He was talking since '08 onwards. in '13 against the Heat Manu had more or less the same stats than during the regular season and better than for the rest of the playoffs, tbh. Not a choke, just a bad year overall.
This thread is a non-sense, Manu is still damn good player. Hope he recovers for the next season.
Amazing isn't it?
I'm blown away how Manu bounced back the entire season and really, I'm ing pleased for the guy. I thought he was done.
I get the feeling some wish 2014 never happened so they can have an excuse to roll around in their negativity.
you should leave the boards. You look like such a clown still trying to beat your opinion down our throat. He was our best player this offseason.
Look at you jumping on anyone doubting you crush. FOH![]()
The foul on Dirk was dumb but Ginobili was still the Spurs second best player that series after TD. If anyone's to blame for '06, it's defintely not Manu. Pop coached a poor series. The Spurs benched all choked(while the Mavs bench were productive). Tony Parker was pretty awful too.
Let's not forget that the Spurs would not have even had the lead in 06 if it wasn't for Ginobili's big 3 right before his foul.![]()
these Manu haters are a joke. But the 2013 finals, yea he played like , pop couldve played joseph but instead went will manu at point forward when tony was out, deal with it. Also he played well against the warriors in the playoffs and if he didnt make that last second 3 at home, it wouldve been a whole different series. This year if he didnt play great against the Mavs we prolly wouldve lost. Certain fans are just dumb and spoiled.
Not just manu, though he gets most of it, I constantly see threads after a guy had a bad game saying Parker sux, onelli, mills is crap, green cant do when it matters . after the first two games in the finals people were making threads to on kawhii and call him a got and in the threads half the people agreed. Some of you people are pathetic, frontrunners
Irrelevant. Idiot can't follow instructions. "Don't foul."
Just like all you morons saying, "He averaged 17 points in the 2013 Finals" (or "in this series he did this or that") neglecting the fact that out of SEVEN games most of his points came in two of them, skewing the average.
Homers should try looking at the median more often.

A glimmer of truth emerges.
