Dwight said only he and Harden were superstars and they wouldn't be affected by Parsons leaving.

Harden said he and Dwight are cornerstones and everyone else is role players.

Parsons said those comments by Harden were ridiculous and he should think before he speaks.

That's a pretty ridiculous statement if he meant that. That's one of the reasons why I wanted to go to Dallas. I'm ready for the next step. I’m ready for a bigger role and I'm ready for more leadership. If anyone should understand that, it should be James because he was in the same situation in Oklahoma City then he got his chance to come to Houston and shine.

^ Pretty sure Thibodeau has made the playoffs without Doc. Doc, on the other hand, has missed the playoffs with a prime McGrady, and Pierce. Both in a WEAK East where one star could get you there. Sure as know Doc won't be getting to the finals without him, or probably even WCF.
