Some valid points:
1. I like Doc more than most but he is OVERRATED. he just may be the best or at least highest profile black coach so at least players WANT to play for him ...
2. He is WAY better than McHale.
3. Harden's defense is a travesty ...other superstars rest on defense but all Harden does is flop or go for the suicide reach-around steal when he gets beaten off the bounce.
4. If we use Dwight's logic: Clips have an elite coach (bit overrated) the best PG and arguably the best PF shouldnt that at least mean WCF? When the Spurs had the best PF, elite coach and elite PG they win championships.
5. Everyone ting on Dwight and Harden now ...but when I did last year it was all because I hated Dwight (I do). I'll say it again just like I did last year. No way in does the ROckets as currently constructed win a le. I said they were not true franchise guys or cornerstones and I stand behind that. if they were the #2 and #3 options on a contender than Houston would be one of the favorites. That's not hate talking that is my opinion. I think their chances of ringing are less than the Clips. and the Clips aint winning it either. Love the progression that Jordan and Blake made last year I would think Doc gets at least a little credit for that at least. McHale got a good season from Dwight as well but he really did not dominate until the end of that Blazers series.

The term superstar is thrown around too much these days. Harden isn't a superstar and neither is Howard. Both are very good second bananas. I'd say there are only two real superstars in the league right now and that's Durant and James. Griffin is borderline and Davis could be someday.

Guys in the early 00's...Duncan, Kobe, Shaq, Garnett, etc...were worlds better than some the so called stars today. ...I'd take prime T-Mac over Harden or Howard.
