It's obvious to me it's time some veteran sat the kid down and explained things to him, it's real obvious he isn't getting it. If he were getting it he'd shut up about Johnny having fun. He's in the work world now and as we all know nobody gives a if you are having fun or not.
People tend to pay closer attention once ya let them know you have no limits.
