They are both really skilled offensively. Manu has the edge defensively, however I believe that whoever got the ball first would wind up winning.
Manu would kill him, He could sag off Tony to negate his quickness and he has the height to bother Tony when shooting. Plus Manu can just run up and dunk it on Tony every time, we all saw what he did to Bosh.

Honestly, it would be a fantastic matchup. Parker is a better ball handler, and a better post-up player. He's just phenomenal around the basket (and he could drop a teardrop if manu sagged to far off). I think Manu has an edge due to shooting ability and size. Neither guy would be able to stop the other

Height is not important when you can shoot the midrange as well as run circles around the taller player. Speaking from experience heres don't know how important height is in a game of 1 on 1
