Actually this could've been a perfect situation for Lance, without George, he becomes the unofficial 1st option on a system he's much more familiar with. He could've still took less years and and command a bigger payday coming out of Indiana than in Charlotte.

I think he did do the right thing. The Pacers are a sinking ship. No way I'd want to reup for five years there, especially not at below-market value.
