You have to be one anti-social, demented to get off on this. I'm not even someone that gets sick to their stomach from watching this but to call it entertainment is just strange. As my Trill Clinton would say...y'all are some sick SAWMs tbh.

The worst part of this injury is that it was totally random and avoidable - just extraordinarily bad luck.

NBA players land like that all the time. 99.9999999999999999% of the time, your foot lands square on the floor, and your body hits the soft-padded basket pole, preventing injury.

...But in this case, his foot just happened to land halfway on the floor and halfway on the basket pole. Due to the momentum of his fast-moving body, and due to the angle of his body, his full body-weight continued to fall down onto his leg, causing it to snap in half.

And that's why we don't play in the summer.

I remember a few years back, not sure how many, I was flipping through channels and came across some do entary about basketball on trampoline tryouts. Turns out, it ended being for Slamball teams.

All I remember it this one dude coming down like he had done plenty of times, but I think misjudged how high he was in the air. Dude practically ripped his ankle right off his foot. Looked like it was hanging by his skin. It was the reaction from the players that I'll never forget. Dudes scrambling around looking completely shaken, like it could've easily been them. Some dudes quit right after that.

Never saw it again after that. Wonder if it's on YouTube.

Paul George is changing his number to 13 (PG-13)

Before the deadline in the first week of March, Paul George applied for and was granted the right to switch from No. 24 to No. 13.

Per league rules for a player who changes jersey numbers on the same team, George will have to buy up all remaining No. 24s from the marketplace.
"That's got a ring to it, PG-13," George said on Jimmy Kimmel in January.
Over the past month, George has tweeted trece, which means 13 in Spanish, seven times.

"• Indiana. Something is about to break here. Indy is only about $3 million under the tax, and Stephenson remains unsigned in a shrinking market. Every minute he sits out there lowers his return price and raises the possibility that some wild-card team just says, “Screw it, let’s see if we can just outbid Indiana or take a short-term flier on him.”
