6 Year extension, reportedly better than Kaepernick. Which was 6/126 with 61 guaranteed. Haven't seen the monetary breakdown yet.

Edit: 6/96 Million dollar extension. 115 million with escalators. 17 million fully guaranteed.

Yeah, Flacco's is definitely not the worst contract in NFL history anymore.

well, it wont be horrible if structured like Kaepernicks, where he can be cut any year... but thats a really big number for a merely competent qb

    I'm stunned.

I feel so sorry for all those "GREAT" players from once upon a time who made peanuts compared to these guys today. Andy Dalton is a middle of the pack talent and it's real obvious.

, both Ken Anderson and Boomer Esaison took the Bengals to the SB, they made a fraction of what Dalton is making....combined.

lol I almost died when I saw this. Cincinnati just doesn't know when to let go do they? I mean I'm not saying give up on Andy Dalton, but if it comes down to it I sure as would before giving him a contract like this. McCarron is probably better anyways

You are correct. average guys are paid like superstars today and then some! Must be great to play today and get way overpaid! Oh well it is what it is.

BTW both were better than him as well, easily

Yez, Yez dis is the re-al-ah-tee we face going into next ah see-zin. But, of all the guys getting monster pay days, at least we can say he is the superior member of the group. I mean, you saw what he did with no O-Line last year, Champs , we tha Champs

I know you have to hype up the O-Line in order to downplay Wilson for your "game manager" schtick, but they really did suck last year.... Okung got injured and had a down year, Unger had a down year, McQuistan was a dumpster fire....
