So you are not exactly sure there was a spotter there telling everyone there was a driver on the track, but you are sure they all knew there was a driver on the track because the spotter who you are not exactly sure was there told them so.

Did you even look at the picture I posted of the inside of a sprint car? Did you read the comments I posted from someone who actually races them? Do you think they have good visibility driving a car like that with a their heads secured to the seat on a dark track with a guy running around in all black?
Where are you getting all this drivel from?

I clearly said I wasn't sure if they had spotters on that series, like there are in NASCAR.

As for Stewart "not knowing" there was someone on the track, well, he did just spun the guy not a lap earlier so he knew there was someone out there so its not like he was totally clueless or as though the caution wasn't out.

Again, did you look at the pictures posted of the inside view of a sprint car? Does that look like you'd see someone wearing black running at from the right at night? Sure, you said you weren't sure if they had spotters, but you were sure Stewart knew there was a guy on foot on the track. How are you sure of this after admitting you don't know if there are spotters? That makes no sense at all. These races rarely ever have spotters, and especially don't have spotters for each individual team. As for Stewart spinning the guy out, so? Guys spin out all the time. Do you think it is common for racers to leave their cars during a race and walk around on the track as cars are speeding by? Stewart should have known the dumb was going to get out of his car after the crash? Caution flags are common, guys running around on foot on a race track are not. You are clueless.

You are talking about a guy who invented getting out of the car and doing stupid dumb . Kid probably grew up watching Stewart doing the same and thought it was the cool thing to do.

And yes, plenty of drivers get out of the car to do stupid . This wasn't a first time someone has being dumb enough to pull that stunt.

Just two instances of Stewart acting like the maniac he is.

These are just a few videos displaying the stupidity of racecar drivers in the heat of the moment. Stop trying to act like the kid did something unheard of. It happens almost every time someone gets wrecked.

There is a difference between a professional NASCAR race and a a race at your local track on a Saturday night. Dumb kid thought he could make a name for himself by going after Stewart and paid for it with his life.

First, answer my questions and stop dodging them. I will not ask them again refer to my previous quote, stop being a coward.

Second....You. ing.Idiot. You realize you proved my point with these videos?

These are all videos of Nascar. All of these involve teams with spotters for each individual driver, every single driver knew exactly what was going on in front of them, each track is well lit, each car has much better visibility than a sprint car, and here is the kicker.....none of these videos involved a dumb running at a moving car and trying to jump and hang on to the side of it. The kid DID something unheard of and he paid the price. Run along and find me some videos of SPRINT car drivers running at other sprint cars while they are going 50+ mph. Best of luck.

Yes, I did and that picture you posted is an extreme example of what an actual individual is able to see in it.

    Try this one for instance..

While the view are still limited, its not like you're totally blocked off from seeing what's in front or to the side of you. The wing is, to my knowledge never that low on the front of the car. Or maybe that picture was taken on an adwkard angle that makes the wing appear lower than it actually is in front. In the pic you posted, its almost impossible to see in front of you, let alone what's to the side.

Here's another take by someone who raced on that night..

Besides not looking at the video again, Kinney, 30, said that he has stopped looking at Facebook. He said he can't stand the speculation about whether Stewart went after Ward on purpose."That's obviously not a racing incident," he said. "It's not a good idea to get out of your car and run towards other cars. But nobody can speak for Tony. Only Tony knows exactly what happened."Still, he said: "I seen Kevin clear as day. Nobody else ran into him, either."
    http://jalopnik.com/this-is-the-view...car-1620047682

You can either take the word of someone who raced that night or you can leave it and keep your expert opinion and keep thinking the kid is 100% at fault like the badass boss you are.

Oh and you're right. Couldn't find any videos of people getting out of their cars in one of these cars but that doesn't mean they haven't done it in the past.

The video I saw yesterday the kid jumps and hangs on to the wing before getting sucked under. Don't think Stewart ever saw him until it was too late.

You keep digging yourself deeper with each post and prove my point further, you aren't very good at this.

That's wonderful that driver saw him. He's lucky Ward didn't run at his car like a moron when he passed. The driver you quoted says himself it was a bad idea to get out of his car and run at another. So yeah, kid is 100% at fault for being a hot headed dip . Bet you the next guy doesn't get out of his car and run at a speeding ton of metal going 50+ mph while sliding around a dirt track.

Looks like picture take with very narrow angle lens. Almost like a limited cell phone photo.
Also like they stuck the cell phone as close to the front of the window grill as they could.

Digging myself a deeper what? You're borderline delusional at this point.

No one is saying what the kid did was a wonderful idea or that what he did was the right thing. It was wrong, yes, but so was mashing the gas and running him over. Period.

Do you understand how a sprint car works and what is needed to turn them? Oh yeah that's right the ing gas pedal. When you turn left the tail goes right. He turned left to avoid the ing idiot who got out his car and ran at him.

i couldn't care less about nascar and other car racing organizations... i dont give a about jeff gordon, tony stewart, etc.

saying "but the other drivers didn't hit him" is cute and all, but the video clearly shows that he specifically was going after tony's car. he literally ran in front of tony's car while maneuvering around the others. the visibility is limited and the guy was going after his car, not sure what he was trying to accomplish.

the guy could have avoided the situation altogether, put himself in harm's way, and got harmed
