It's very easy to give up trying to understand anything and just say Magic Jesus did it. Religions persecuted and punished people who didn't give up and kept asking questions.

Why do you keep saying giving up? Giving up on what? I have the answers that I need and I am satisfied with them. If one day I no longer wasn't then I would begin to look for alternatives. What do those religions have to do with me? Who am I persecuting? Who am I killing for not believing in God?

I think anyone makes a huge mistake if they equate the Christian worldview and thus dogma to strictly the bible.
IMHO that makes Christianity and God very limiting, and I believe God is limitless.
