Nope. Duncan took him in, elevated him, and got us 5. That's how it was written and how it shall be.
Little Kiwi carrying Tim around on his shoulders makes it all work, daddy.

OP where did you get your stats for transition efficiency?
Nuh uh. Duncan fortified Kawhi, making him who he is today.
In the open floor, sure. But hopefully he's practicing with tony and manu over the summer, and learning some new moves, and improving his decision making.
You're both right. He's great in transition, but still prone to picking up silly fouls. Any time he'd get an early foul or two in the playoffs, I'd be less than at ease.
Not to mention that he's clutch. 2 fantastic finals series in his young career already, both against LBJ and he's more then held his own offensively and defensively. He lifts his game when it matters on the biggest stage.
Doesn't matter. As long as Duncan>Kobe, we could care less. The ring stickh covered your old lard ass for a good 4 years, but now Duncan has Kobe covered and i hope it's for good.
Boiled down:::
Kobe: 5
the tired old bag Duncan: 5
Fine. You can parrot your wrinkly ass for all we could care, but it wouldn't change the fact that Duncan>Kobe. Night night Cleveland Cavaliers fan.
So let's get this straight. Tim Duncan played 74 out of a possible 82 games in the regular season and was a key factor in bringing home another championship to his Spurs. While Kobe on the other hand only appeared in a whopping 6 games for the entire season. Who really is the "tired old bag" here?

Without Diaw & Kiwi---Duncan wouldn't have a pot to piss in & a window to throw it out of courtesy of Amy.
The great Tim Duncan is a five time NBA champion. Show some ing respect goober.
not biased at all are ya, mate?
I want to hear your explanation how a player who played 74 games is a "tired old bag" compared to a player who played 6 games and hasn't even sniffed the trophy in years. And by the way, averaging 15 and 10 in the finals at 38 years old is by no means TOSB material. in idiot
without Ron, Kobe wouldn't have surpassed Daddy. what's your point?
Kobe went 6/24 in the game 7 of his last championship lmao
And he won. Just underscores how boss The Black Jesus is
Why u keep falling for Dale tbh? He is good people
