Lovie Smith is one of those rare instances where he made a better HC than coordinator, at least imo. Those Bears teams typically performed better than they were supposed to every year, especially given the injuries and ty QB play.

Agreed Rex was gross man...and it does say something that that team made it to the SB. But let's not forget that defense was a bunch of juggernauts. And it also helps when Devin Hester was running punts and kickoffs back for TDs every game.
