Could be all about one's genetic code/predisposition. I can see environment being a factor as well, where it may serve to reinforce innate preferences. In that regard the gay gene theory seems plausible.
Doesn't every being have their own sexual predispositions? There must an infinite number of preferential variations. Some men may prefer having 100 needles pinned on their balls while being furiously jerked off and yet others may prefer auto-erotic asphyxiation while listening to justin biebers 'baby'; , some love to throat- anorexic/bulimic women, while others prefer geriatrics, etc. The variations are endless. A male who prefers to be felched by another grizzly male is simply another sexual preference.
