    It all comes back to ownership, the got-ass Spanos family makes Jerruh look good.... they're tightwads, and when it's time to hire people, they're more concerned with who's going to kiss their ass the most instead of who's the best at what they do (which is why our new coaching staff is just as pussified and overconservative as the last two)....

    I heard that in San Diego, immediately after the game, the local news' lead story was the Spanos family begging for a new stadium Are they ing kidding? All this continued mediocrity ensures is more blackouts and less taxpayers willing to foot the bill for their stadium....

    i wanted schaub, but not via trade ... i still stand by the thought process of wanting a stopgap. i figured Carr would have needed a redshirt year, and its not like the market was overflowing with solid veteran qb's.
