I caught some yellow fin tuna a few weeks ago and did a recipe for my own poke. Made that and coupled it up with some homemade tortilla chips and had friends over for a party. That would be my most recent fave prepared meal.

Yeah, the fishing has been lights out here on the West Coast...normally catching tuna takes a full-day trip to a multiple day trip. They're being caught on 1/2 da and 3/4 day boats. Funny about the poke sauce remark...poke her.
